  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  3. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees and any applicable transaction fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
